- 8/25/06 Because many browsers are unable to download executable files, we have replaced the installers with zip archives of the installers. You will need to extract the file within the archive and then install the program. Windows XP should be able to extract the file successfully, but if it doesn't work, go to WinZip.com and download an evaluation version of the program which will give you ability to unzip the files.
- People have encountered a problem downloading the program and update files. Resolution: We have provided alternate download sites that may resolve this complaint. Try one of the other sites.
